	I’m an NYC-based creative director, with a design background, working in the intersection of storytelling, brand/business strategy, and technology. For more than 20 years I've worked in ad agencies and creative studios for the best brands in the world and had the privilege to be with the brightest people out there, from all corners of the world while living in NYC, London, São Paulo and Brasília, where I grew up.
The entrepreneurial spirit is present in everything I set out to make, from launching a global product for an established brand to helping a disruptive startup go-to-market. Making things and pushing for breakthrough creative excellence is what always move me.
It's all about the people. If you have the right team in place, aligned with the same vision and purpose, you can achieve the impossible.

	This is my latest venture, developing as you read this.&#38;nbsp;
RANDOM/RANDOM is a brand that exists at the intersection of art and fashion.

We appreciate the beauty that can found in the present moment. The small things, the mundane, the joy of seeing what’s here and now.

We want to create unpretentiously elevated pieces for the urban wardrobe–quiet and low-key, yet conversation starters. RANDOM/RANDOM aims to make timeless garments for effortless self-expression.

Drops feature a very limited amount of t-shirts and sweatshirts per artwork, created by an incredible group of photographers, along with the indispensable blanks for the urban wardrobe.

Beyond being a brand, RANDOM/RANDOM is a platform for artists who will receive a commission for every piece sold by us. It is one more channel to showcase their art to the world and bring the creative community together. Our vibrant curation includes emerging names as well as established ones, such as the iconic Neal Slavin.

RANDOM/RANDOM is designed in NYC and made in Japan. 
T-shirts are crafted with 100% suvin cotton, the finest in the world, whose unique propertie give our t-shirts a distinct softness and durability.We’ve hosted seven pop-ups in NYC, achieving a 16.5% conversion rate, with strong customer validation of the product. Brand advertising has delivered an average CTR of 22%, significantly outperforming category benchmarks.

34,000 coins

– A branded short film for the market leader
	

	For about one year and a half I was the creative director for FIAT Latam, a joint operation between Isobar and Leo Burnett named Agencia Fiat. There I led a team of 12 people, and helped manage a budget in the tens of millions of dollars for the auto market leader. 
We’ve launched five new cars, including a campaign featuring Dustin Hoffman to launch Fiat 500, wrote a Big Brother challenge (Fiat was one of the show’s sponsors), launched a mobile app that became #1 game in App Store Brazil and a bunch of other creative executions. Always aiming for the highest standards of creative excellence, plus making sure the relationship with our clients – I frequently presented work to FIAT’s CMO and CEO – and with our partners at Leo Burnett was running smoothly.&#38;nbsp;
It was a shear volume of creative output. Hard to pick a project for this space, but 34,000 coins is one very dear to me. Not only because I was involved from 0 to 1, in all aspects of concept and production, but because this piece epitomizes the high level brand strategy for FIAT in Brazil: Moved by passion. &#38;nbsp;From the first call with the client, hearing the news about a customer from a remote area in Brazil who bought a car with coins, to the script, and actual production of a branded short doc – which I ultimately directed – this idea encapsulates the classic philosophy of entertaining people and not interrupting their time.It was a one-off execution, done with super low budget compared to the multi-million dollar productions often ran by the brand, but that dragged a lot of attention around Brazil, from the media and consumers alike.&#38;nbsp;

–Brainstorm Shop, a D&#38;amp;AD winner
	

	For six years I ran Brainstorm Shop, a creativity and innovation workshop created in conjunction with Miami Ad School, a global leader in creative education.

It was one of the school’s most popular and successful programs. We had not only creatives, but marketers taking part to level up their creative game. 

Aside from running the workshop itself, we had to create a brand from scratch, which involved naming, nailing a visual identity and frequent creative activations, including this poster that was distributed to the creative community and ultimately won a coveted D&#38;amp;AD pencil. The award turned out to be a great PR tool for us, that boosted applications to the program and attracted a lot of attention.→&#38;nbsp;with Denis Kakazu&#38;nbsp;

–A music video for a
Grammy Award-winning band

	
	In 2016 I went on to study film at NYU Tisch. It was a short, but incredibly intensive course with two simple objectives: produce from script to final piece one music video and one spec ad.
This is the music video for NYC-based band Alagoas&#38;nbsp;that I shot during the summer of 2016, also in New York City.
From writing the script, storyboarding and blocking parking spots on the streets I did a little bit of everything – and learned how to add Hollywood-grade high production value to a piece, with a budget of just a few thousand dollars.&#38;nbsp;→ with Christiano Abrahao

	Well Well


– A health-tech where TikTok meets wellness, one small habit at a time.
	

	Well Well is an app that helps people establish small habits changes for a big impact in their health and wellness. Basically preventive health and wellness in your pocket, with the assistance of a health coach and really cool health content.&#38;nbsp;
I co-founded the company and led marketing and product, interacting with doctors, product managers, coders and the smartest people in the global startup ecosystem. This was my Stanford-level MBA at the intersection of business, technology and health.&#38;nbsp;
And, of course, I also helped creating the brand from scratch.&#38;nbsp;
You might be asking yourself why a creative director like me would get involved in a health company. Not only the subject is very personal to me, in many levels (I take exercising, eating well and mindfulness very seriously), but I believe there’s a deep correlation of communication, storytelling and health. Knowledge, persuasion and behaviour change are, guess what, common aspects of both the creative and medical field. Ultimately the ambition was to create a tool as cool and fun as the best apps out there, to change people’s health for better.

– An Ad Age Small Agency Award winner
	

	In 2012, after my period at Isobar Brasil, I founded Señores, a creative studio/small agency, where the creative output would dictate all business decisions.&#38;nbsp;
During its peak we were a team of 8 full-timers, plus a bunch of freelancers, and created some incredible work.&#38;nbsp;
At this time of my career I decided to focus on startups, which was the main type of client at the studio, but we also worked for larger ones such as Bradesco (Brazil’s largest bank) and Red Bull (pitching entertainment IPs).The business choices paid off. We received an Ad Age Small Agency Award, brought in some of the brightest talents around and had a lot of fun.&#38;nbsp;

	How to get bike riders to hop on a bike in one of the least bike-friendly cities in the world, São Paulo?This was the mission of Bora Bike, an app I co-founded and where I also responsible for creative and product aspects. We had 20,000 users competing to see who rode more and had the chance to win prizes from sponsoring companies.&#38;nbsp;
Bora Bike represented Brazil in SXSW’16 and was part of Facebook’s (Meta) acceleration program FbStart.
Hightlight being when I pitched to Steve Case, founding father of the internet and co-founder of AOL. One of the scariest yet rewarding moments of my professional life.&#38;nbsp;

	EndeavorSuper City&#38;nbsp;– How to get Jorge Paulo Lemann to tweet for one of the world’s leading entrepreneurship organizations
	

	Endeavor in their own words is a leading global community of, by, and for high-impact entrepreneurs – High-Impact Entrepreneurs are those who dream bigger, scale faster, and pay it forward.
In 2014 Endeavor Brasil asked us at Señores to help launch their yearly entrepreneurship report, the first of its kind in Latam.&#38;nbsp;We created SUPER CITY, a physical trump card that combined good design, gamification techniches and PR to spread the word, where each card contained data about Brazilian cities presented in the report. The game was seeded to high profile business influencers, such as 3G’s founder Jorge Paulo Lemann (ABInbev, KraftHeinz, Burger King), who were asked to tweet and amplify the message.
Our audience could then play an online version of the game generating network effects and taking the report to as many people as possible.&#38;nbsp;
